... Well, it could be better, but, meh, who am I to care at this point? It's been alright.

So! I decided to do a bit of an update, just so everyone knows I'm still not dead... Actually, I should probably talk to one of my friends about that, to let you guys know should anything happen to me...

... Getting off topic.

So, unfortunately, I'm still jobless and getting an earful from Derek, the evil older brother, but I've been tuning him out lately, thinkng to myself, I graduated, you didn't, STFU. I'm a horrid little sister.

Been doing a lot of cross-stitching too, since drawing doesn't seem to be working out so well for me right now. And, since James got a job and doesn't have as much time for me nowadays, I've been filling most of those hours pricking myself with a needle and just having a merry time. I've got a lot of projects going on right now, all of which you can see here. Just because I don't know how long they'll take me to finish and frame them, so I can't guarantee when you guys woud see the finished piece... Plus, this is like a little sneak preview!

Got an old-person's illness recently too, which kinda sucked, it hurt like a bitch. Apparently, the chicken pox wasn't through with me when we met that day twelve years ago, and came back to finish the job as something called the shingles... Lol, hard to think it's bad when it's called something you nail to the roof of your house or something. And it's only focused in one area, thank God... But man, in the beginning it hurt like you wouldn't believe! I'm glad I'm getting it now instead of when I'm old ('cause apparently this thing is common when people are in their sixties, lol) when I have other stuff I'm gonna have to whine about... Don't need this on top of it all.

So, to get rid of these shingles, I've been taking these blue pills with a 'V' on them. Okay, admitedly, the 'V' is followed by 'C 500', but, hey, I've been taking six little blue pills a day for the last ten days... Good God, my sexual prowess must suck!

Luckily, the stupid things have scabbed over, and now it's just a matter of will to not pick and rip them off... Something I've already lost my will to; every one within reach is clear of my skin now.

And just this afternoon I went to the courthouse. ... No, I'm not in trouble, just went because Mom thought she needed me for some photos on my phone to fight an abandoned vehicle ticket she got... Though, at the time it would've been hard to move. It was encased in ice to the tops of the tires. But the bylaw officer didn't show up for the trial, so the charge got withdrawn... Woohoo.

After that, I've been spending my time trying to dismantle a bomb. Didn't work so well so far, I've blown up myself and a whole slew of doctors several times, but, eh, what'cha gonna do about it? That's why I love the "retry" choice in video games. Gotta love Trauma Centre, too.

Got a couple of comic ideas in my head... Well, only two so far, and hopefully I can put them on paper before I forget them. I think you guys will enjoy them.

And the next little while is gonna be fun. Going to the convention where James and I first met the day after tomorrow, and then we're celebrating our first-year anniversary the day after. Then, come Halloween, I'm going to a party is having.

Sad thing; I can count on one hand how many parties I've been to, lol...
